8th Annual Family Fun Day.

While we don't like to toot our own horn we have to admit......what a day our Family Fun Day was this year. The weather looked pretty scary early in the morning during set up but by the time the event started it was nothing but sun shine and smiles. Every activity seemed to be enjoyed by all. The ice cream eating contest proved to be a mind numbing experience, the fire fighter water bucket brigade was very exciting to watch, the pony rides were a big hit, the Annapolis Valley Cheer Club was a thrill to watch, everyone enjoyed playing Apple Grower Bingo and of course the apple pie contest and auction was a true success. The auction raised $1,315 for Our Community, Our Health the campaign for the hospital redevelopment and the Hospice.
