Scott Coleman’s career with Scotian Gold began right out of high school when he worked in the warehouse as a forklift operator and shipper. He then moved to Ontario to pursue post secondary education and employment. However, like many Maritimers, Scott knew his home was in Nova Scotia and returned both to his home province and Scotian Gold. Over the past 10 years, Scott has taken on progressively more challenging positions with the company and was Manager of Valley Fertilizers and Scotian Gold’s Country Store and retail operations. Most recently Scott moved to a sales position, representing Scotian Gold to our orchard and vineyard customers as well as commercial horticulture supplies. This new position, created to service the growing vineyard industry as well as fruit growers, allows Scott to use his years of experience from the farm store and take it to the field to service our agriculture customers.
